Privacy Policy

Effective: August 20, 2026. This policy explains how AptHaven handles information when you visit apthaven.com.

Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message. If you join the AptHaven Letter, we store your email address, signup source, and consent timestamp in a private Cloudflare KV namespace so we can manage the subscription.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser type, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated newsletter submissions and expires after approximately one minute. If privacy-respecting analytics are added, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is enabled.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Cloudflare processes limited data to host, secure, and operate the site. We retain active subscription records until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to reasonable legal and operational requirements.

You may request access, correction, unsubscribe, or deletion by emailing hello@apthaven.com. Rights vary by jurisdiction. We will verify requests where appropriate.
